On Thursday, September 20, Sebastopol Center for the Arts' 10th Annual "Sebastopol Cup" Golf Tournament celebrates 10 years of supporting the Center's children's art programs. Become a player, sponsor or donate a prize to help make this year's tournament our very best yet! The tournament is the Art Center's primary fundraiser for its children's education programs and youth scholarships.

Last year's tournament raised over $8,000 which directly benefited art programs for over 800 children, teens and youth-at-risk. The tournament will be held at the award-winning Windsor Golf Club and players enjoy a great afternoon playing on an award-winning course with the chance of winning the "Sebastopol Cup" and other great prizes.

If you like golf you will really love this tournament. Player registration includes a full compliment of amenities to guarantee a pampered day at the course. Begin at registration where players receive a great gift bag, complimentary shots at the driving range, and a box lunch and cold beverage to take out onto the course. Throughout the afternoon, tournament sponsors provide fun contests and refreshments around the course.

After the game, join other tournament members at the clubhouse to relax with cocktails and appetizers at the no-host bar, followed by a bountiful buffet dinner served with complimentary Sonoma County wines, dessert and coffee. During dinner take a chance at winning terrific prizes in the tournament raffle.

Sponsorships for this event are essential to its success and available at a variety of participation levels: Corporate ($1500 and includes registration for 4 players); Major ($750); Business ($500); and Tee ($100). Beverage and prize sponsorships are also available. Sponsors receive excellent public recognition for their support and may set up a display or activity on the course to promote their service or business.

This popular tournament is well regarded for its fun, light-hearted competition, great prizes and fabulous hospitality. It is a 4-player best ball scramble and open to the public.

The entry fee is $135 per player or $540 per team, and includes 18 holes of golf, golf cart, lunch, banquet dinner, contests with terrific prizes and awards. Both men and women's teams and individual players are welcome. Participation in this tournament is by advance registration only. Each year's players are indexed and winners are recognized for the best low gross score and the best low net score. Winning teams have each of their player's names engraved on the impressive silver-plated Sebastopol Cup and claim proud possession of the cup for the next year.
